Use the 🏠 Independent and 🔥 Wood-fired marks to narrow it down, and tap any name for the address, phone number, opening hours, menu and directions.
One of them. Cooked in a wood or brick oven. Hotter, faster, and a base you can taste the char on.
7 of them. One shop, or a handful. No national menu, no franchise book — whoever owns it is usually the one who decides what goes on a pizza.
